Eve though it looks like a bad news (an increase in the cutoff), something really special happened on that draw: the number of candidates in the 450+ range has only increased by 64 candidates. In the previous draws, we were seeing increases of 1.000+ candidates every 15 days. So, it looks like the pace is reducing, and once the 19k+ candidates started to gets reduced, cutoff will follow.
