Not true. As long as your profile goes into pool you will get an ITA if you have the score. If you create the profile after the draw then no you will not get it.

Because you missed out on tie breaking rule. Had you created your profile before Jan 13th then you would have got an invite or if your score was more than 470 then irrespective of when you created the profile, you would have got the ITA.

Don't lose hope, you will get ITA in the next draw or thereafter.

I believe you and me lost to the tie breaker. I created my profile on the 17th of January and the tie breaker is the 13th of January

Haven't you heard about something called tie- breaker rule??( This was specific to 470)
