What happens next? Will I get an email or will my profile get updated? How do I accept it? Sorry for noob-level questions I'm too excited/anxious/jittery!
There will be inevitable B2B draw in December, hopefully 5K ITAs and it will bring it down to 465 atleast. New year's ITA won't be 3300 like before, they will start with 4000 ITA minimum to achive their 400K target. Score will keep coming down untill FST draw in May. This is game of patience now.
Received my ITA. Filled up the rest of the information - Had made a small mistake in the IELTS dates, was able to correct it thankfully. Double and triple check everything, folks.
I was at 468 from March this year, gave ielts repeatedly, now waiting at 471, will loose 5 points in January first week, hoping to receive an ITA in the next draw, it has been a long wait.
If we assume that the Dec 2nd draw has 5k people selected in it, for the cutoff to stay at 472, there would need to be 5k profiles with a score of 472 and higher. I don't think that's very likely. For it be 476, there would have to 5k new profiles with a score of 476 or higher. That's even less likely. Even with a provincial nomination, it takes a while before the NOI is accepted, the application is submitted, the province analyzes it, and then awards the 600 points. Consistent all program draws will bring the cut off down to the mid 460s since 450 - 470 is where the bulk of the profiles seem to be.
