Waiting with score of 467. Birthday next month and not sure if I am gonna get ITA by then.

I am currently working in USA for an employer who does not have branches in Canada. However, they are ready to let me work remotely from Canada. Anyone has an idea if there is a possibility of me working remotely from Canada (especially as I do not hold a valid Canadian visa)?

Once you get PR you can work remotely without any issues. Till then you will need a work permit to work remotely out of Canada

One question. I submitted my profile in August and I am now at 459 planning to retake ielts to jump to 468. If I Do so, will my profile be the August profile or the date it is updated with new info? Thanks

They are already on the EE. This would earn them the additional 600 points from the PNP, if I’m not wrong.

So they can only apply after the next EE draw ... which means they’re currently on top of the list for an ITA in the upcoming draw

They have 45 days to respond then don’t know how long it would take to get a decision. But yes, they would then be at the top in the next draw once their nominations are finalized.

NOI guarantees 600 points, but not immediately.
For Ontario OINP, they have 45 days to submit the OINP application after NOI, then it take 30-60 days for the decision to come out, then they will have the 600 points.

So those PNPs wont hit the pool until at least February, that's why Jan is the golden opportunity.
If the cut does not reach 470 by the end of this month, it will never reach 470 again.
