NOI guarantees 600 points, but not immediately.
For Ontario OINP, they have 45 days to submit the OINP application after NOI, then it take 30-60 days for the decision to come out, then they will have the 600 points.
So those PNPs wont hit the pool until at least February, that's why Jan is the golden opportunity.
If the cut does not reach 470 by the end of this month, it will never reach 470 again.
One of my friend has been predicting the cut-offs and since the time ive known his predictions it’s been very accurate... it’s been at least 4 - 5 draws now. According to him Next draw prediction: 468, 469 expected 22 Jan

Guys does qualifying for OINP under the targeted human capital priories stream mean you qualify for the general too? 0124 was invited under targeted* but not sure about general...I don’t want to have to wait till may for provincial nomination
PNP is such a horseshit.... How many of PNP nominees from provinces like Manitoba, Alberta, and Saskatchewan actually stay in these provinces, and how many simply use PNP to max out their points and get their ITAs, and later move to Ontario and BC as soon as they can?!

I am not sure it works like this. I am at 460 and also have french CLB7+ and Ontario selected but i dont think PNPs are as transparent as EE. I guess they selected only people that at least have been to Ontario or are already there. They issue around 200 invitations, that is not much.
Thanks for the reply. I know SINP has a separate portal to apply which is based on 100 points. Do you know other provinces have portals? can you send some links or provinces that accepts applications for EOI from candidates
