So true, I'm personally baffled by the fact that there is quite a number of people from stable and well developed countries jostling to get an ITA. For most sub-Saharan Africans like myself it's a do or die scenario.
Sometimes it does matter. And I am telling you I wish there will be a draw. Because I have few clients who are about to get ITA in todays draw but if they skip it will be hard for my clients so I wish there will be a draw.
Guys relax in all likelihood there will be a draw today.
1. These ITA draws are automated and CIC’s software/infrastructure isn’t of the same caliber as Google. Shit happens sometimes. Sometimes the sequence of automation can break and manual intervention is required which is what causes the delay. This has happened in the past and most likely will in the future. So don’t fret until the day is over.

Coming from a well-developed country doesn't mean the life must be great. Everyone has their own story and it may also be a do or die scenario for them. We can never tell whether one needs the invitation more or less.
Guys draw can happened till 4 PM Toronto time. I have seen in past that draw happens at 3:50 PM so wait till 4. Good luck to all. If draw will not today than CRA will never go below 460 .
