Do you really think that people are not trying their best to improve their respective scores ? Everybody is giving their best shot but one thing even you will have to admit is that this year is different than past two years. Everybody is just sad that even after putting every effort in order to improve score, they are facing these kind of issues this year and hence they are expressing themselves. That’s it, bro !!

@keyur sharma - Firstly I don’t get why are you even in this group. This is not the first time I am reading a tweet by you which smells of hatred and envy. If you are happy for cut off not coming down, and you have got the ITA for yourself, you should indeed respect other people’s ambition and persistence who are hopeful of achieving success like you, and not openly show your envy that you are happy for people not getting through.
Least I can say is grow up chap, learn to be a little more positive and mature, however, if its too much for you, then better mind you own sweet business.

It is his wish to express his opinion. Just like it is yours to do so.

Secondly I don’t think he Is envious of anyone but rather just want to see better qualified people come in. Perhaps a rather crude way of expressing it.

My score is 440 and I am trying to boost it up to 460. But now 460 is far from enough. Just want to give up

PS how long does it usually take to get a PR from the invitation? My PGWP expires on July 2020.

Get all documents ready.. you'll get an ITA before year end in case nothing major happens..

I assume you are Inland so 4-5 months.. apply as soon as possible after ITA..

I think I pretty much have everything.
-Copies of my docs(such as PGWP, passport, letter of employment, graduation letter etc...)
-Prob will need to pass Medical

I hope they will not ask for Police certificate because I left Russia 4-5 months later when I became 18. Otherwise, it will take some time to get this sucker.
Also since I am already in Canada and have a full-time job, not sure if they will want a proof of funds.

Thinking to take CELPIP one more time. Last time I did only 1 practice test online. This time I am planning to prepare for like a week. 1 extra point woulg give a nice boost.

No CEC applicants don't need proof of funds.

Ok so you're preparing for IELTS - which sections are you having trouble with? I can help you study and read your essays for writing. I coached a couple of my friends with this. You can message me in private if you want.

Your calculation seems to be a bit off. I personally think 459 is not coming this year. Is there any calculation to back up your claim ?

Absolutely not - Things change, conditions change - almost every single day. If you've been hanging out here, you've seen people with moderate scores doing everything possible to boost their scores and get an ITA. It does happen, and it's all about seizing the day and making it your own.
