Hi Guys.
I applied for AINP on April 2014.. I only have my work permit valid till Nov2014. at time of application my lawyer told me I had enough time but these new rules have messed it all up... can I extend my visa on basis of my present job as open work permit? or any other suggestions. I work as an electrical designer/drafter in an engineering company.

current situation ( rules etc) shows that even if people have work permit until nov 2015, still will be in problem. Lets hope this situation changes quickly

Why u applied under Employer Driven?? You can apply under SRS and then u don't have to worry about Employer support..

Hello,

Pls follow this: click "Profile" tab>left side click "Forum Profile Information">look for the "sIgnature" field and enter your info.

Note: if it won't let you do it, i read somewhere in this forum that You need to have at least 10 posts to activate it. Hope this helps.

is anyone get approval under SRS- AWE category? I noticed that mostly employer driven/intl students are only moving what about their own alberta work experience category.

I think there is another thread specifically for AWE. You might want to check there for updates in that stream.
