You can apply through AINP as long as your job is Permanent and Full time.. Ainp will take 8-12 months processing time now.

If you work 1 year as assistant manager you can apply through CEC as well. You can apply both, whatever comes first you can go with that!!

As permanent staff you can apply right away for AINP if your employer agrees to sponsor you. I would advice that you finish your probationary period if your job has one. This is what I did.

What are the requirements do I need to submit for the employer part?do we need LMO or proof that my company can hire temporary foreign worker?

I believe you are only permanent when you have completed the probationary period, and I honestly don't know how AINP will view your application if you apply before completing the time. You can google & download "AINP Employer-Driven Stream Skilled Worker and International Graduate Category Document Checklist" so you are familiar with the requirements.
