Just want to give good news. I dont think processing will be 1 year to those november applicants... My employer just receive a call from Ainp for my co workers who applied on November 26, 2013. So it means they are now processing it.. In my experience 2 weeks after receiving a call, I received nomination..

Thats good.. may i ask what is you co workers category? Is she/he skilled or semi?

I got a job as Assistant Store Manager and just recently hired...I just want to know if I can start submitting my application now for employer driven stream AINP..it was supposedly my husband who will process AINP as he is a skilled worker, he is a welder.. but due to some circumstancess.. he decided that he can't proceed with it since he want to quit his job as skilled and will go back to philippines... although I am on open work permit now due to I am his spouse.. So I end up pursuing what I need to do for PR...please need your advise..

Your employer can nominate more than 1 as long as its on skilled category.

Has anyone expired their work permit while ainp is under process?

my visa has been expired on Jun 06 and not being nominated yet.

my company sent off lmo application yesterday and trying to get the lmo.

please give me advice

You should have sent extension application before your work permit expire. You have to stop working immediately and you have 90 days to find another work permit. The only thing you can do is wait for LMO, which will take 8-12 weeks. Mine expired last week and I sent the extension application, waiting for lmo too
