I went for a vacation for 30 days. But i have only 12 paid holidays. So they distributed this paid holidays as 3 working days per week i,e 24 hrs per week and paid me.So they paid for 24 hrs/week for 3 weeks. So my question is does it comes under 1 year experience or else should i wait for 1 more month.
I am little bit worried because the 12000cap is filling very fast.
If you are barely making the 12month quota, I would say it is better to have a few extra days.
Case officers already assume you will have holidays in that 12month. They allow 2 weeks of paid vacation out of 52 weeks.

So after one year, you're actually quite close to the required experience. But don't panic or apply before you are ready.
Also remember, for ongoing employment the date your reference letter is signed is very important, because that is the final date of work experience that they will consider.
Hi
i got one question. How can they know that we have worked for 1 year. The only thing they look is my reference letter. If the letter shows the dates is it fine. How can they know that we went for vacation and that too paid or not.
I don't think it'll get to 12000 until at least some time in the summer, so you'll be fine. Unless there is a sudden rush of applications.
As for payslips, I provided the two payslips for the month prior to applying and it confirmed my pay, hours and employer. I don't recall it being a necessary item but the more you provide CIC the stronger your case is.
I personally feel that you are unnecessarily getting stressed out and panic, it is better to submit the application strongly instead of hurrying through it.
Remember one thing, the experience letter should be recently dated because they will count the experience only until that date.
