1)Can i count paid long weekend holidays into my 1 year experience?
2)Can i also count my vacation paid weeks into my 1 year experience?
3)What if i work 23 hrs in one week and 8 hrs in other so to complete a threshold of 30 hrs.. can i count these two weeks (23+8= 31hrs) as a one eligible week?

2)Can i also count my vacation paid weeks into my 1 year experience? Yes, if its reasonable. Not sure if a month of paid vacation would be counted, for example

If I start my employment from April 1st, 2013 to April 1st, 2014 full-time. Now the question is in this 1 year period I was granted a 1 month paid holidays from the employer so the will this 1 month will be included in the year work time or excluded (i.e. 11 months)?
The manual (on page 10) states that a reasonable paid vacation time period will be considered as qualifying work experience. An example of a 2 week paid vacation has been given however, I believe that this will be considered on a case by case basis.
I'm not sure how a VO will find out that you went on a one month paid vacation if it is not mentioned in your reference letter. However, if they question you about it, be prepared to answer it.
