Great news! I just tried again a few mins ago though but received the same error message, my email also said try within 7 days. This is day 2 so will try again later tonight. When completing the form how many persons did you list as part of the application? I ask because some persons have said in previous posts that it didnt work when they listed all within the application, and worked when they selected '1', just wondering..
Also, what is your VO?
Thanks much.
When linking my paper application under GCKey, i followed the instructions under this post: http://www.canadavisa.com/canada-immigration-discussion-board/method-of-tracking-federal-status-before-aor-t455832.0.html
And yes even if it is a family, the selected number of persons should be 1.

Hi guys,
I need your help to explain me what was happening to my file
I am outside QSW Applicant from Jordan
they gave me a file number in 4.feb.2017 and ask me for medical test in 10.feb.2017
I did my medical in 14.feb.2017 and gckey showed passed for medical test in 17.feb.2017
Ecas showing we start processing your application on 17.feb.2017
My questions are :
Why they ask me for medical too early " just 6 days from file number " ?
Why they ask me for medical before PRP Fees ?
My office is Amman - Jordan and Friday is a holiday in my country and they ask me for medical on Friday and they change the medical status on gckey to passed also on Friday! !!
Please tell me what is happening to me
Thank you in advance
These are all good news. From a previous user, I noticed that Amman office is a quick one. Medical and RPFR do not have to come together. Here is an example of QSW application using Amman office:
22.11.2016 aor
Medical request in 7.12.2016
14.12.2016 medical received
21.12.2016 pr fees paid
22.2.2017 ppr

It should not be more than 2-3 working days.
Hello people,
Did Someone get any new updates from NDVO after medicals?
I have sent a case specific enquiry. NDVO have replied me this:
Dear Sir/Madam,
This is in response to your recent email enquiry to the Immigration Section of the Canadian High Commission in New Delhi.
Your application is currently awaiting review by a visa officer.
At this point there is no action required on your part. Please be assured that as soon as the review is complete, the next steps in the processing of this application will be determined and you will be advised accordingly. Processing times to finalization may vary depending on the number of new applications received and the individual complexity of each application.
Its really annoying now. Its been almost 13 months.. what is this visa officer doing without reviewing my file??!!

You should have received AOR in Jan/Feb 2017. CIC is currently sending out AOR for Jan 2017 application.
Q1. Did you apply directly or through some Immigration consulting/lawyer?
Q2. Did you try to link your application to GCKey?
Q3. Do you have proof from courier company that your application package was delivered?
Hello everyone,
Someone got news from VO Rome?

Hello all,
I've been informed that CIC has begun processing my application on 24 Feb.
However as of now my application still hasn't been transferred to the local VO. Is that normal?
Also, I can't link my application to my account.
