I follow FB groups and there ppl from second half 2019 start to get CoRP.
So I think for now it's around 17-19 months.

When they start processing outland applicant it will slow down for the inlands. I hope it drops less than 20 months!

It’s likely, because Quebec asks IRCC consider leftover quota from last year or proceed with inland only (I guess it’s up to IRCC).

I called IRCC today regarding the inland vs outland situation. I asked If I return to canada would my application be processed faster. She told me NO this won't affect how fast your application is being processed and that they are giving priority for those who are exempted from restrictions but this doesn't apply to my program!! does this make any sense??

That make sense. If they could process newly 90000 why not 50000. So it’s the Quebec side chocking the process and the inventory is piling up. A simple math would forecast at least 2 more years to clear up the backlog and folks from 2020 can expect their PR sometime during 2023. disappointed!
