My wife and I have submitted CSQ applications and docs to MICC office on 29th July'13. My English Language score is 5 (Speaking : 8.0,Listening : 7.5) and total score is 56 points (out of 57) without french language.
We are awaiting for DELF A1 result which will be announce on 10th Aug. I have sent an official letter, which I received from course Director ( Alliance francaise de Bangalore), along with the docs.
Will they accept our file? and what would be the possibilities : accept/ on hold/ reject? and How long will it take to get AOR from them?
"That is why you got 0 for experience, and because there is no experience in the last 5 years for your diploma, your AOT is 0 points also" What do u mean by this?? Please explain??
(I have a bachelors degree in computer science and Masters degree in computer science)
What I meant is U062 / NOC 2147 is for Computer Engineers (chip designers, network and system engineers). "Computer Program Analyst" is something totally different, and rather close to programming, which is U115 and NOC 2173/2174.
I think if you job experience is rather NOC 2173, then you should have put U115 for AOT (Sciences de l'informatique (BACC. - 3 ans)), because U062/NOC 2147 and U115/NOC 2173 or 2174 job descriptions hardly match. That is why you got 0 points for job experience, it does not match with U062/NOC 2147. U115 on the other hand could work for you. Now you have to re-apply I think, but first wait for new AOT list, if U115 is still there.
Please consult the information below to determine if these new rules apply to your situation
All applications will be processed according to the new rules in effect as of August 1, 2013, with the exception of those for which processing began prior to that date.
[quote Order of priority for processing applications
Effective August 1, 2013, applications will be processed in the following order:
applications from candidates submitted under the Programme de l’expérience québécoise (Québec experience program);
applications from candidates who submit a valid employment offer;
applications from candidates who obtain points under the factor Area of training;
any other application submitted by permanent workers.

what do you understand with the order of priority? this is how I interpret it, you will only be in priority if you belong to 1 and 2, at number 3 "applications from candidates who obtain points from AOT" here I think we all have points from AOT It does not specify if you have 16, 12, or 6 points, meaning we will be treated equally first come first serve if you belong in number 3. what do you think guys?
it means
well i want to make it clear to the applicants of 2012 who have got AOR and who have claimed pts for AOT i think so that we all will be assessed under old rules as our AOT was assessed under 2009 list of aot so relax down concentrate on french and lets see whats next
