can u share ur document list? exactly wat personalized documents dey required?
I'm not really sure I understand your first question.
About the document list, are you talking the documents for job validation or for the CSQ application by itself?

Hello everyone,
This is my timeline so far:
- Jan 20 : Account created on Mon Projet Quebec
- April 5 (8:00 AM) : Application submitted
- April 5 (3:00 PM) : AOR received and informed that my application is in process
- April 18 : Job validation application submitted
- April 22 : AOR of job validation received with file number
- May 12-17 : A letter sent to require official transcript and graduation diploma (which they didn't ask in application checklist) --> sent on May 12, received on May 17
- May 17 (3:00 PM) : required documents sent
- July 18 : Job validation approved
- July 20 : positive job validation submitted
I know a positive job validation doesn't guarantee to get CSQ, but let's say in God's will, how long should I expect to get the CSQ approved? Does anyone have the experience?
I also have the LMIA and CAQ approved in July too, do they help anything to the CSQ process?
Thank you very much. I appreciate all opinions and feedback. Cheers!
Hi, I have a few questions, as a part of my express entry process I did WES evaluation, will that suffice for Quebec? or do I have to do their "Comparative Evaluation for Studies Done Outside Québec" evaluation too.
Job validation - is it a different process do I have to fill a separate application from for this?
Also, I have created my account on Mon Project Quebec I am planing to file the skilled workers application and have all documents ready now, however I will submit and pay the required fee after August 16th, is that the right process?
Do you have any other suggestions?
Kishan

With Mon Projet Quebec, will the issuance of CSQ be faster? because i have seen some people they have submitted their application and only got the AOR after 2-3yrs. this is just AOR and already took them that long... anyone you know already have their CSQ for the January intake?

what do they mean by "duly completed and signed" ? Also, what about non-regulated professions?

Hello!
I'm sorry to repeat myself as I also posted this in the Family Class forum to no result. Perhaps I can find a few answers here in regards to the CSQ application for an outland spousal sponsorship.
I'm nearly all collected, and apart from the notarization of legal docs and a coming marathon of signatures my wife and I (the sponsor), are all but prepared. My personal deadline to send the application out was August 1st, and I seriously think we will make it.
However, looking ahead at what to expect, I have some concerns about the Quebec undertaking application to come.
I lived in Gatineau, Quebec for some time while working in Ottawa. Housing was more affordable, and the neighborhoods were more than comfortable. My family is heavily situated in Ottawa, with plenty of friends on both sides of the border.
So after plenty of thought and reasoning we decided it would be better to settle in Gatineau upon arrival.
Now, the last time I lived there was 2004, and since then I have spent 9 years in China (Returning off and on for a time at which I lived in Vancouver and Ottawa.).
Now, on the document checklist for Quebec it requests:
Proof of your address in Quebec (Section 1.2 of the undertaking application)
*I cannot even find a section 1.2 in the application*
Enclose one of the following documents.
- Bill or statement of account from an electricity company
- Bill or statement of account from a cable company
- Last pay stub
- Notice of assessment from the Agence du revenu du Québec
- Driver’s licence
It then adds:
If you are temporarily living outside Quebec, you must also enclose this form, completed and signed:
- Declaration of sponsor abroad (form A-0539-A)
So, as I stated above, I am applying outland, so the first three wouldn't really apply, nor would they show any useful address. The third would be a likely impossibility to aquire as I don't even recall if or how I filed taxes during my time there... 12 years ago. And as for the Drivers License, well, back then it was just a learners permit, and that's long stored in one of many boxes up in the attic of a friends (senior) parents in the Ottawa Valley. And it too would be long expired as well as the address on it. I'll be filling out the declaration of Sponsor abroad but as it's something to "also" be filled out as opposed to "or" so I am left wondering what I can do.
Changing my application at this point to any other province would be a great deal of trouble and cost plenty more hours of time. And besides, it's really not what we want.
I've scoured forum after forum, including many of the annual Quebec Outland threads and found not one mention of this anywhere.. which does seem kinda odd.
Any advice, or experience?
Also, I have included proof of financial capability in with my full application to the CIC as a part of my intent to return to Canada. Will this need to be added (in full or part), or are there any other external documents (ID copies aside) apart from those mentioned to be included in the eventual application?
Thank you!
Darwin
By the way, is there no Quebec Outland 2016 thread?
I called quebec immigration agent to tell me about my status or stage of my process. They said i should not worry about the stage. I should just wait and they will inform me of me of a decision. Please is there anyone with a similar experience? Help me explain
Hi All,
My profession is 2173(Software Engineer) as per NOC .
Is it a regulated profession ?
So what should i put in the occupation in the application form in mon project ? (profession not in the list or ingénieur) ?
Please help its urgent
Thanks
Karan
No..you can apply any time. Software engineers in any NOC dont need any license.
