hello guys,
just wanted to share you that i got an email stating that i am on the waiting list for interview, in addition to a PDF file that i have to sign and send back, that i know well that obtaining CSQ does not guarantee that i find a job in my regulated field ( Engineering ).
Where are you from?

what kind of supporting document would make my case stronger? A letter from my employer stating I work for aerospace sector with main duties that I perform is sufficient?
use your imagination.
you need a letter describing your job duties anyway ;-)
You should also realize that what we tell you is our opinion, you should rely on yourself, and the final decision is up to them (Quebec)

The form you mentioned is a general one for everybody. That's for regulated and non-regulated fields. It says there that you agree that obtaining CSQ doesn't entitle an applicant to practice the profession intended, and he may not meet the requirements for the professional order or only partially meet them.

The work letter is an important required document. However, only this isn't enough to claim points. You also need to provide the proof of tax paying and social security contribution. That's needed to certify the legality of employment.

Thank you for replying me.By getting ahead,my draft will expire on September 10th,if they don't charge within that time frame ,I have to submit new one.Unfortunately, value of Canadian dollar is hiking remarkably these days in my country.
Hello everyone,
Application filed march 27 2013, credit card was charged 23rd July and as i was told file was opened on 4th july 2013. still i havent received AOR. can someone please tell me if this is alright , i feel its kinda strange and for the up-tenth time where do these customer care agents get the '' your file is priority'' thing from? my AOT is accounting , total points without spouse's AOT is 62, with spouse AOT which is B.sc Economics and statistic, i know economics earns 0 , statistics earns 2. if that is added total point is 64.
does anyone have the slightest idea ? am going craaaaaaayyyyyyy.....

I just want to congrat.you, good chance on the interview.
Good luck.
Your interview letter will give you instructions re children - my letter said that I should not bring children less than 18 years old to the interview unless there is nobody else who can take care of them.

Waw! Congrats! Thats very good news! All the best in the interview dear...
Couple of points to clarify because my timeline is close to yours: are you on 6, 12 or 16 points AOT? Jordanian living in Jordan? Damas BIQ ( Which is now Montreal BIQ)? I cant believe it cuz its considered fast!!
Can we conclude that they already begun preliminary processing for people who received AOR in Oct 2012?
Thx

Hey, hey! Congratulations and best of luck on your interview!
Thanks for sharing the good news. Can you please let us know how many points you garnered and how many points you got from AOT? Thanks

Mina, as I understand things, they will process your file mostly according to the new rules. This is bad for you. The only exception is that they will likely allow you more time to reach B2.
The five-year rule is applied from the date they received the application, not when they start processing it. This is good for you.
thnx alot for your advice
and i want to share experience about B2 in TCF
how to reach ??
data??
which level should i reach to gain this score??
its better to prepare for TCF or improve my total french and go up in levels ?
lets share experience about french it is the key of Quebec now
