I am so curious to know is there anyone who received information regarding CC charged,AOR or any other information who submitted application after 10th July 2013?
Waw! Congrats! Thats very good news! All the best in the interview dear...
Couple of points to clarify because my timeline is close to yours: are you on 6, 12 or 16 points AOT? Jordanian living in Jordan? Damas BIQ ( Which is now Montreal BIQ)? I cant believe it cuz its considered fast!!
Can we conclude that they already begun preliminary processing for people who received AOR in Oct 2012?
Your interview letter will give you instructions re children - my letter said that I should not bring children less than 18 years old to the interview unless there is nobody else who can take care of them.
just wanted to share you that i got an email stating that i am on the waiting list for interview, in addition to a PDF file that i have to sign and send back, that i know well that obtaining CSQ does not guarantee that i find a job in my regulated field ( Engineering ).
i got file number in November 26th 2012.
hope this help you guys ..
and i would to ask you if you know the expected time before they contact me back to decided place and time of interview, and if i should bring my one year old daughter with me.
I have done Bachelors in Mechanical Engineering (4 years, foreign degree) and employed with an aerospace company for the last 2 years. What will be my AOT points? Is it 12 points (Aerospace, section B) or 6 points (Mechanical Engg, section C)?
I dont think you can get any points for your AOT, your experience should be inline with your degree then only you can get points for your AOT and experience.
Your employer may be in aerospace domain, but I guess, the kind of work you are doing is related to your degree.
If that is the case then everyone start claiming higher points for their AOT.. For example, any degree holder can work as nurse.
In my opinion you should not take any risk to change your AOT in order to gain more points..
mdammalli; frankly, I would do it. They just might accept it if you are able to convince them. If not, you still have a chance to boost your points in other categories.

Hey wish you all the very best for your interview... We'll await to have your detailed interview experience on this forum... Bonne chance...

what's the worst case scenario?
they don't accept his AOT 12, but they accept his AOT 6 because it exactly matches their list. Or by the time he gets processed they will change AOTs once again? Or any other area in their "grille"? What do you have to loose?
I know of a person, who got higher AOT points based on education and work experience, that's why I think it may work.
I am pursuing my QSW application with the help of a Consultancy Firm. Is it okey to hire a consultant in preparing documents? I read in the official website kasi ng Quebec na dapat yung consultant is registered sa Registre québécois des consultants en immigration and granted special authorization issued by Chambre des notaires du Québec or Barreau du Québec.
