Processing time for spousal visa - Sri Lanka

hi friends i have submitted the police report in December 2017 it has been month still i haven't received passport request,any idea when will i get passport request from embassy im waiting for this visa 5years and im fedup plz help me

5 years is a long time.. was there any issue with your application? ask your mp to follow up

yeah shalinixxo my wife going to meet area MP in Montreal by the way my application denied becz my wife's low income, so after 3 years we won appeal 2017 February 21 and judge made statement to make this visa process priority but since that year passed still they didn't issue me visa soo long and slower process...................totally mentally depressed .

They don’t deny application for low income because spousal sponsorship is irrelevant to that... ppl on welfare are able to sponsor their spouses.. I think she would just have to show that she’s capable of looking after u financially for 3 years once u arrive in Canada...I think finance is checked if u have kids ...

Call history, chat history, gifts, pictures, boarding pass if he/she you visited.
