I have questions for PR renewal for my parents;
- My mom was in canada for more than 2 years (about 25 months) in canada, how ever my father lived in canada fo about 10 months. both are currentlt in their home country.
- my father hsa to live with my grand mother who lives in home country and she is US green card and no one is there to take care about her, so my father is with her all the time
my question is can he apply for PR renewal? is he meet the requirment to renew the PR? Is it possible to apply the PR while they are away from Canada?
