Hi there,
I've applied to renew PR and my time line is:
  1. We received your application for a permanent resident card on August 25, 2017.
  2. We sent you correspondence acknowledging receipt of your application(s) on October 31, 2017.
  3. We started processing your application on October 31, 2017.
now I checked my status
it says that my card was mailed on November 6
total process time 73 days

Yesterday got AOR for PR renewal and it said decision made , however it did not state what decision online. How long before it goes from decision made to complete any ideas? Is this normal ?

Could you please provide your timeline.thanks
