PR processing for 2021

I think waiting is the only option now, PR card processing time showing 90 Days now !! But I would submit a Webform and ask them !!

You need to find out what’s happening. The 90 days PR card processing time, in my understanding, is not for you. It’s for PR renewal applicants. I have seen people get their PR through the mail within 2 weeks.

Hello, I received gcms notes today and it states medical passed criminality passed

eligibility and security not started

it says due date Dec 9, 2022

it also states your file has been given to s5 group for processing

so the time starts after they start processing the application not when they received it.

On website it states time starts when we receive your application that is very weird and strange

Can you tell us what the s5 group? Was your application on that group or they are switching applications randomly ?

i think s5 group deals with pilot program

I don’t know why I am still not able to see the process on ecas but they’re at background check which I can see on GcKey account.
Have you submitted Medical for your family from Pakistan? Or this was your medical status which shows it is passed?

medical passed is only for me. I guess they will send medical for outside family after eligibility passes

But why mine eligibility is under review and yours is not? coz you are ahead to me and they don’t require my medical!!!

i have no clue, see when i call they say they are reviewing eligibility and notes say not started. On phone it says processing background check.

I believe the notes more than anything else. ECAS and portal has wrong information

the notes are directly from officer that was or is working on the file
