Hello all, I have my PR card expired and I am in Canada. I already have applied for renewal (I meet the criteria to renew it) but it says it will take about 200 days to get renewed.
What document can I show to the employer so that I am eligible to work in Canada ?

Were you not working before covid? Based on your previous posts you would have returned to Canada over a year ago. I see you are an IMG in either radiology or anesthesiology. These are popular residency programs and I assume there were likely no residency spots left in Canada. Not many IMGs post about either their success or struggles to get licensed in Canada on this forum. Many are under the impression that it is just a matter of time and are not aware of the lack of residency spots or lack of jobs available for many specialists.
