can we renew PR Card With Expired Passport?

Recently i have submitted My PR renewal after getting expired same time my passport was expired.
IRCC reverted me with Primary document is EXpired.

While i went for Passport renewal BLS advised me to get PR card renewed first to get your passport renewed. also on other i have lost my Landing paper which was issued at the time of PR.

Please advise how should i procced in this scenario.

I don't think landing paper can be replaced. Please phone IRCC and discuss your options.

Landing Paper can replaced but it takes about 6 to 8 weeks .

It certainly can be. You can request a replacement through the IRCC web site.

Need to Travel on urgent Base to hoe country thats the issue here.

OP said the PR card must be renewed in order to renew the Indian passport.

I doubt the OP got the renewed PR so soon. The post was just couple weeks ago.

Yes I’m compliant with the RO. But can’t even renew the expired passport with expired pr card.
