My fedex tracker got activated 6am. I think CPCO send them out the night before, but they stay in the truck overnight and don't get activated until going through sorting center

Thanks! My previous return label had some issue. So I was instructed to email them a new Fedex label via email. Did so 2 days ago. Still no Fedex activation yet.

I received my PPR today, in the letter it is stated that passport validity should be at least 12 months, my passport validity is more than 12 months but my child passport expire in 10 months, is it ok to submit it?

my letter says "
If you are holder of passport(s) from countries whose citizens need a visa to travel to Canada, you will need to submit the passport for you and for each accompanying family member. To avoid complications with international travel, it is recommended that your passport(s) be valid for at least 6 months. Your passport must have at least two blank pages. If a child is included on your passport, you must have one blank page per accompanying child. Please note that you STILL need to submit the passport even if:
o You have a valid Canadian temporary residence visa.
o You are a permanent resident of the U.S.A AND holder of passport from countries whose citizens need a visa to travel to Canada."
I think you can try to get passport renewed within 15 days ( might be possible, depending upon your country's passport processing speed) Or just submit passports as it is and if they REALLY need 12 months validity of the passport they will ask you to resubmit new passport at that point you can request additional time for submission. [I am not an expert, so please try to get more information before making decision]

I am posting my full post-PPR timeline here to help future applicants arriving through Google.
April 2 - PPR Email Received
April 9 - UPS tracking showed that CPC-Ottawa received my passport and photos April 28 - CPC-Ottawa requested new photos
May 4 - Fedex tracking showed that new photos arrived at CPC-Ottawa May 17 - Application status became "approved" in the online system; there was an email notification for this change the day after May 21 - CPC-Ottawa requested new Fedex return label; my previously included UPS label had some issues May 24 - Fedex tracking became active at 3:33pm
I understand the frustration and agony of not knowing what's going on during the long wait --- it took me about 20 days to learn that my photos did not meet specifications. That's well beyond the 3-4 days experienced by other applicants. After my new photos arrived at CPC-Ottawa, it took 13 days for my application to become approved in the online system. That's still longer than the 10 days quoted by the others. I never contacted CPC-Ottawa throughout the process.
So if you are experiencing similar anxiety in the future, please take comfort from my timeline and be more patient. Things will work out at the end. Good luck.
