I have created this consolidated thread to help all those who have received the PPR request in 2019 and have sent or will be sending their passport/passport copy to CPC-O.
Please share your timeline in the format mentioned below as it will help others to get an idea about the current timelines at CPC-O.

Called CIC (July 25th), agent said that passport was received on July 16th and is in line for printing. Told to expect it to take ~2 weeks starting from the 16th, and to call back after 2 weeks if not done yet.
* If you look up 2303 Stevenage Dr on Google Maps Street View, you will see that there is a sign that reads "2303 Stevenage Drive SCI".
From IRCC's twitter account: "SCI is a company that works to scan and sort applications for our processing centres. When this shows up within your tracking information, the parcel is likely received by IRCC."
