i got ppr request on 3 jan2014 and i was also in india but i have to submit passport in canada so i aplied visitor visa in india saying the reason but they rejected my visa saying purpose of visit i mention. so now i m trying to send my passport to canada through some friend, please tell me that rejection in visa ,will it make any effect on my decision made in pr

Make sure you also give a letter of consent notarized to your friend who is bringing the passport, just to save him from any trouble for carrying your passport.

I hope it shouldn't have any impact. Btw didnt you ask CIC for a different visa office? I got my PPR last week, it clearly said if I am not able to submit my passport in North America, inform CIC so that we could arrange for visa stamping in a different visa office. There are many in this forum who have got their PR visa stamped from delhi though they applied for PR to ottawa.
