got ppr req to submit in ottawa but m in india

after long wait i got my ppr req but i have to submit my passport in ottawa but i m in india and i dont have visa to go canada so i applied for visitor visa now and i attach email of cic requesting my passport in ottawa, please advise,how do i did it?

Email them saying that you require a letter to submit your passport to New Delhi ASAP. They will send you instructions so as to how to send your passport to embassy via VFS...

Did you send your passport? As I got the PPR to submit my passport to Ottawa. But I am in India. Any help on this matter?

i got ppr request on 3 jan2014 and i was also in india but i have to submit passport in canada so i aplied visitor visa in india saying the reason but they rejected my visa saying purpose of visit i mention. so now i m trying to send my passport to canada through some friend, please tell me that rejection in visa ,will it make any effect on my decision made in pr

This issue came up many times on this forum. The only thing you can do is send email to CPP-O requesting issuing of visa at New Delhi office. Once you send the email you just have to wait on instructions from CIC. This is how its done, there are many thread with the same concern and they all ended up utilizing the same solution. CIC will not issue visitor visa once they see that you have been approved for PR and from what I've read, it is illegal to send passports via courier outside of India. Just email CIC and they will allow stamping of visa @ New Delhi office.

Don't worry it won't affect your PR visa issuance. They already made a decision on your PR and a rejection for visitor visa won't change their decision.
