Which month AOR get ecopr currently?
IRCC's probably either of the following:
(1) Ran some query report that filters what is needed as the priority for the week, day, month, or whatever
(2) Most likely, RAN SOME RNGs AND LOTTERY GO BRRRRRR...

As per last 2 years, this has been the trend. They're trying to scatter out he eCoPRs through out the alternative months on the basis of their this year's quota!

Why ircc not issuing ecopr before it takes only 3-4 days but from the last year they waste lot of time

Unfortunately true! Some applicants were told that they call back after 3 months from P2 if they don't get their eCoPR!

You can call and ask I did the same thing and mine VO - Ottawa.
Request call back so they will call you in short span of time instead of waiting..!!
