Did you call? Has criminality passed ? Did the emabassy send your pcc to the visa office?

Any military or govt service? did you order gcms notes?

Both Eligibility and Background Check are in Progress. Last update was Medical Passed in July.
Spouse is still background check in progress, eligibility not started.

Where do we see Criminality part? I only see four parts, Biometrics, Medical, Eligibility and Background Check.

Yes, I called and they told me that the visa office has not received my pcc. Which is apparently normal for my country, they said to keep waiting.

Pre-arrival letter received on october 3

Spouce has excempt card from military and travel to italy for turism
me travel to malaysia for turism and india for intenship for only 5 months

My timeline for inland PR through BC PNP / Express entry with spouse and kids:
- AOR: 1st May 2024
- Currently at reviewing eligibility after 9 months
I've got a valid US visa and am on closed work permit so should be in CAN+ category. But I don't know what's the holdup. My 3 year permit is expiring in Nov 2025. Anyone else in similar situation?
