Totally understandable and it's frustrating to say the least.
Have you tried ordering a GCMS notes to see where your application is at?

What is your stream (CEC etc)? These days IRCC seems to clear July/Aug AoRs. I think you will get it soon. You are almost in around 6 months

Agree, IRCC is clearing the backlog. With decreasing applications, the backlog % will jump way past their 15 or 20% target. Unlike last year, they are focussed on clearing the oldest AORs possible.

Hi, I am commenting first time in this group. I am waiting for my ecopr with my spouse. AOR- 16Aug 2024, P1 - nov 14, P2 - nov 18. Our brother died on 11thjan, we wanna go to India. Our family is very alone there. My brother’ kids are waiting for us. Our BOWP got refused on 7th jan. We don’t have any status. Even got laid off from work as well. Really really depressed. Down financially, emotionally.

They said we didn’t upload nomination certificates, but our rep said she did, even call centre agent said it happened in error, she sent an email for reconsideration on same day. We even contacted MP, they just inquired about our application and said that it is in processing.
 
we don't have any job, our family is dependent on us. can we apply for PRTD from inside Canada while waiting for copr? And what if we got to India on copr and apply for PRTD and it gets refused? What will happen next? Are we stuck over there? Any solution, any advice, anybody????
