You might need to consider sending an email with your travel plans to IRCC. I have a similar timeline and honestly, looking at the trends here, I don't expect the eCOPR before the beginning of February or so.

I've already Sent them email like 5 days ago and send the email to my Towns MP as well
it's my only sisters wedding and it is really important for me to attend this wedding.
 
I think i am gonna go crazy checking tracker and this thread every 30 mins. Aor -July 29 P2-oct 31st .. no ecopr yet its so heartbreaking seeing people with p2 in January already getting ecoprs.. my workpermit was expired last year February its almost 1 year now and got extension refusal in june. 6 months without work.. feels like i am in some kind of jail. I am tired already.. so many sleepless nights, anxious days, waking up to a hope that today might be the day i will keep my eyes close and pray to god before checking my phone for email/tracker and will keep on doing that every 30 mins till the end of the day, nothing but a heartache. I came here in 2018 with so many dreams and i worked hard for them every single day but now in last 6-7 months i have lost so much that i think it all went down the drain. At this points i just wanna go home..
