I think they will call and let you know when it's ready for pick-up. It's strange how POS works for their peeps.
I believe at the GEO office, they make you drop it off at their immigration receptionist to which she gives you a date (usually around 2 weeks to a month) when you should come back to pick it up. Guess each office/region is different.
You may have to follow the same procedures you do when you apply for a normal visa.
hmmm well they said nuthing in the letter. i wrote to man crab so i hope at some point he will come on and can tell me of his experience. i sent my passport by courier so i will see what happens. but 7 more days to work! yay!

My husband is sending off his passport and he had to put a prepaid envelope in their so they can return it....So once its process they will return it back in the pre-paid envelope and whatever postal courier you are with will contact you once the document is their. That is why its good to keep the
tracking number so you can track the document.
I dont know how it works if a person lives in trinidad but my husband is sending is passport from St. Lucia. and we were told to give it at least two weeks. But call the POS office and the receptionist will tell you the process the best time to call is early in the morning....
I was just reading on a website where they say when you drop off your passport they would normally tell you when you can come and pick it up which can take up to two weeks.
I think you guys are lucky with emails. I emailed them since at the beginning of December and still no response. It's either they don't like my application or my IO is prolly dead.
hmmmm well ihave gotton no reply from them. usually you get one that says they received your message. but nada. so we will see what is going on
no worries its only been 1.5 weeks that they had my passport and they said in the letter it takes 2-4 weeks.
