Police certificate from Thailand

I sent my application, they've had it a week and no one there thought to contact me to inform me that they don't accept it due to the fingerprints not being clear. Amazing, good thing I called them after a week and now I have to submit new fingerprints. At least they said the forms are good.. Gonna have to send everything else and hope for more time from CIC.

Just to update. I sent IRCC a letter detailing my delay with the thai police clearance. IRCC didnt respond but ive been going back and forth with the thai police center in bangkok... it's been impossible to get police clearance from Thailand, they demand crystal clear fingerprints, I was able to get an email of one of the English speaking employees there who I send my mothers fingerprints to every week and she rejects them. It's like some weird romance...

I documented everything and was going to send another detailed explanation to Canada immigration but this morning got a letter asking to bring my mother's passport to the visa office for a pr visa.

I don't know if that means we can forget about the Thai clearance?? Not sure yet, will update if I get an answer.
