My partner and I were expats in Thailand for about 18 months. We are now living in the UK and his PR application is in process.
We have received the documents from CIC requesting the police certificate from Thailand and have sent the documents needed to the Thai Police.
That was about a month ago and I am just wondering if anyone has any information on how long it usually takes for the Thai police certificates to be returned?
Is it worth calling or emailing them?
I don't want to start panicking yet but just have a fear of it not being able to be completed!

Hi, I did mine a fast-tract way, so it took me about 2 weeks. ( I'm Thai )
But I know a friend who did the normal way and it took her around 2 months or more to get the document.
I think it also depends on the courier service you used. If the document is sent back by Thai courier ( even though it's the express one ), it will take at least a month.
I'd say calling back to check is worth a shot, at least you know where the document is in the process right now.
