Hi,

I will be applying for Work Permit in a day or two. I had done Medicals for my PR application 7 months ago and my medicals are passed. PR is in process.

Now, in Work Permit appication, it asks to upload Upfront Medical Exam --- Is this the e Medical Tracking Sheet or e Medical Information sheet? or is this the actual report that the clinic (on IRCC Panel) sent to me --but that report does not contain information about blood test that I did from another clinic....

Please guide
