hi, so I have a very important question.

When I applied for my student permit on July, i have attached an upfront medical exams to speed up the process.

The problem is that I got a notification from IRCC asking to do the medical exams !! When I called the doctor’s office, they suggested me to send ircc an email providing my medical sheet informations which I did but on my online file it still hasn’t changed.

Please help !! Did anyone have the same problem and how did you guys solve it ???
