My local panel doctor will not give a upfront medical exam. He insists asking for the UCI or IME number. He confirmed he does not provide upfront medical exam. Would it work to give him my EE profile number starting with letter E? It is going to work?
The CIC instructions say:
"you will need to upload either the information printout sheet, or the IMM 1017B Upfront Medical Report form. Your doctor will give you one of these documents when you complete your medical exam."
I am guessing, with a number, I might ended up getting the "the information printout sheet"?

No my panel doctor used the eMedical system and knew about the upfront medical. Print the information from the CIC web site and explain it to the doctor. Or find another doctor in your city/country who uses eMedical.

We already got the ITA and we would like to do the upfront medical exam. My husband is the main applicant and we're in different countries. Is that a problem? Can we take medical exams (in a panel physician) in different countries?
What should I bring to the clinic? Only ITA and passport?

I think you can have your medicals in different countries. I don't think that'll be an issue. Each of you will have a printout that will prove you did your medicals. That's all that matters.
Hi guys

It may depend on the clinic, but I was able to request for a personal copy of all the medical results, including the chest x-ray image on a CD, for an extra fee.

Ideally, if the Panel physician is using the eMedical system then he will send the IMM 1017B Upfront Medical Report form directly to CIC (they normally do it in 3-5 working days) and will give you the information printout sheet which you are supposed to upload in your PR application.
