Got PPR on 6th Nov, PP mailed on 7th, and delivered on 8th (tracking info). Called IRCC today. Was told that PPs were not sent to the printing room yet. Expected date is Nov 22.

I have the similar timeline with you. I submitted the passport on Nov 3, received by Ottawa on Nov 7, waiting for approval on CIC web. What do u mean expected date is Nov 22? For approval or the PP send to printing room? If the agent told you the pp was received by the officer? Sorry for so many questions.

The agent said that if Canada post said it was delivered, then it was delivered. She had no additional information. Additional information will only be added to the file when the passports will be sent to the printing room. The agent said that based on current trend I could expect the passports would be sent to the printing room on Nov 22.

Thank you very much for sharing this. If they are being sent for printing in the week on Nov 20th, then we can expect our passports only in the 1st week of Dec.
Until May, the passports were returned within 3-4 days.

Based on what I've seen on MyImmiTracker, there are not a lot of inland applications. Don't understand why it's taking so much time. Maybe the majority of the people do not use the tracker.

Called IRCC call center on November 21st, 2017. Was told that passport is in the printing room (since November 16th) and is expected to be approved on MyCIC by November 30th
Got a flight on the 8th of December, so fingers crossed.
