I just got update in Mycic as 'Approved'. But no change in the inside table or no ghost email. All the DEC 30 guys, please check mycic...

Yes it was the same for me. Application Approved but no ghost email! Waiting for my return tracker to be enabled.

On a side note, this is my first post in the forum. I have been silently reading all your updates, and believe me it has been a life saver!

For Return tracker updates, just install the Canada post iOS or Android App on your phone, if not already done. You can save the tracking number and regularly check it!

Checked by CIC today and application is closed approved.

PPR on 12/30, Passports reached Ottawa on 1/6. I am hoping our application will be approved tomorrow. Do you know of anybody whose passport reached Ottawa on 1/6 and has their application approved and closed??? Thank you!

I hope you meant 6-Jan and not 6-Dec.

I sent my passport on 4-Jan and reached Ottawa on 6-Jan. Checked my application today on CIC and it says approved. Now waiting for return tracker to get activated, may be by this Friday will get the passport in hand.
