My PP was send and received by Ottawa office on July 14th and my spouses (mailed from US) were received by them on July 13th. On 15th we received an email from them asking my wife to resubmit her photos and also to submit my PP (which was submitted already). However she mailed them new set of photos (received by CIC on July 15th). Since then I haven't heard anything from them. I tried emailing and contacting CIC call center but no updates yet. I sent a second mail yesterday with a cover letter and new set of photos for my wife. Hoping they process my application at least now.

After it is stamped and sent back it changes to approved and closed.

No, the application is not updated. I have already received my COPR as I reside in another country.

Tracking number is not activated yet.
 
Just noticed that my application is updated to APPROVED and CLOSED! :)

Finally got chance to join this thread. Got Passport request today. Sent it today.

landed 25th july 2016 . a journey unforgettable.
 
Landed today on rainbow bridge. Flag-poling US took 1.5 hour (exhausting). Landing itself took 15 minutes!! Very nice and friendly officers.
 
Sent my documents up July 16th. On July 25th received an email asking to send new passport photos. They were delivered on July 26th. I've heard nothing since; return Tracker hasn't been updated.

Sent an email this morning to CPC-CTD-Ottawa@cic.gc.ca to ask if the new passport photos I submitted were ok. I'm getting so nervous! The email I received on July 25th said "Final Notice" so I hope if the new passport photos I submitted weren't ok for whatever reason, they'd contact me again. The email from July 25th also said I had 15 days to get the new photos up there; time's ticking fast! I just want to hear from them that every thing is good now!
