After reading your message I checked my envelope and I did the same thing. Have you had any luck calling? I've been trying and no luck. Would anyone recommend sending a CSE in just to be sure that they realize I sent it to the incorrect office?
I called CIC call center this afternoon. One of the agent said, it's not a issue. The address where I sent the documents (passport and everything), they process things over there, it should be okay.
I called too and they told me the same thing. He also told me it wouldn't affect the processing time (which I'm not sure if I believe) but now I guess it's just a waiting game. Here's hoping it takes no longer than 2 weeks

I landed on Saturday at Peace Arch border. I just walked to US side and got a flagpole doc. It took around 15 min once I arrived at Canada border. There was no line.
I went to get a new SIN today. They couldn't find my info in the system and did a paper application. I hope CBSA completed my landing properly. I have the worst luck... I sent a CSE asking if everything is fine. This PR process has been worst part of my 6yr Canadian experience.
