Passports to CPC-Ottawa (January 2020)

Hi Guys,

I have sent my passport to CPC ottawa but my canada post tracking says Available for pickup at Ottawa. What does that mean? Does CPC sends some one to pick passport?

Or should we have to keep checking canada post tracking

Dear All,

Need help! I had sent our passports on 17th March for Visa stamp. Does anyone know how much time is it taking for the passports to get back to us and how does one come to know? Do we need to check Canada post daily or is there any way to check it online.

Also is there any delay because of COVID 19?

I have sent my passport may 27 and still return tracker not activated. Could someone tell me how can I get update about my passport
