Has anyone showed two person’s ( host and spouse) income ?
How much this kind of application is likely to be approved ?

We submitted both my and my spouse's income. I don't have any experience or knowledge about whether that makes it more/less likely to be approved. I don't think it should make a difference, so long as your combined income is sufficient.

Just passport and regular medicines don’t forget Covid vaccination certificate if you’re doing it in India

I haven't got any Medical request yet, normally how much time it takes to get one after Biometric complete ?

Biometrics : updated on 15th April from last visitor visa application. But we were okay to give biometrics again to have more validity of new visa. New biometrics request was generated on 22nd, submitted on 26th April in India. New biometrics show up on dad's profile but not on mom's profile yet.

Following is the timeline for my mother's application, I also need your help in understanding what the various stages are and which stage is my application at:
Appication submitted: 19 April
Biometrics letter received: 23 April
Biometrics done : 26 April .
Medical is done upfront

I want some clarity as to which stage I am at and what should I expect next:
As of now the status of application shows that:

Medical:

• You do not need a medical exam. We will send you a message if this changes

Biometrics:

• We need your fingerprints to process your application. Check your messages below for details. (the top area of the application shows a biometric number, date of biometric enrollment and an expiry date of biometrics)

Review of eligibility :

• Your application is in progress. We will send you a message when we start reviewing your eligibility.

Interview:

• You do not need an interview. We will send you a message if this changes.

Back ground check:

• We are processing your background check. We will send you a message if we need more information.

Kindly inform me at what stage am I at and what should I expect next.
also the "estimated completion date is blank" , what does that mean?

any insights will be very helpful for me.

Super visa status of my father (AGE: 59) ( Residing in Syria ) Biometrics submitted in VFS Lebanon.
My status: Canadian Citizen
Material status: single
Family size including the invited parent is 2 people.
My father owns a market, two houses, a farm, a warehouse, and a car ( All provided as additional documents). No banks in Syria due to sanctions but has savings in cash.
I work a full time job with an annual salary well above the LICO requirements and I also work part-time from home on weekends. Proof of employment attached along with NOA and bank statements of both chequing and saving accounts for the past four months.
Insurance purchased from Travel shield with zero deductibles but in instalments will be active upon arrival.

Applied: Apr 4 // I applied on his behalf online from Montreal, and submitted IMM representative form
Biometrics : Received on Apr 15 status changed to completed on APR 16
Medicals: Upfront medical still not updated ( Provided reference number )

Hello folks,

I'm in the middle of applying a super visa for my parents. My dad is currently retd and my mom is a home maker. My question is, if I show my household income (mine+husband's) to support both my parents stay, are they still required to show their bank balance? If yes, what minimum amount should they be showing?

If I am applying for a super visa, should the dates of travel be of 6 months or can I state it as more than 6 months?

Also to prove that they have social and economic ties back home, we have contacted our CA to give financial certificate where all his properties are assessed and listed with monetary values in INR and CAD. Would this be sufficient or is there something else I can do to make their application strong.
