Parents Super Visa April 2024 Timeline

Hi All,
Applied super-visa from India for parents on April 21, 2024. Father's application is processed and received passport request while Mother's application is still pending at Medicals.
Medicals NOT submitted upfront for both . Below is timeline.

Father
Submitted - April 21, 2024
BIL - April 24, 2024
Medicals request - May 16, 2024
Medicals submitted May 23, 2024
Medicals passed - May 27, 2024
Passport request - May 27, 2024

Mother
Submitted - April 21, 2024
BIL - Already taken from previous visitors visa applied in 2019
Medicals request - May 16, 2024
Medicals submitted May 23, 2024
Medicals passed - Waiting
Passport request - Waiting

Is this normal for mother/spouse to NOT to receive the medicals approval & passport request at the same time with father. TIA

any idea what options to pick?
I tried that earlier today but went around in circles not knowing what to pick for super visa after entering the UCI number.
Eventually ended up with sorry wait times are too long we can't connect you or something similar.

I do not recall the sequence of selection as it took me couple of attempts before getting in queue to speak to an agent. It is not convenient and involves going back and forth with the selections.
I did not use application number or UCI number for the successful attempt. Hope that helps.

Think you can't apply for super visa and travel to Canada while it's being processed

Did you get the Visa for mother? I was in same situation, My father got the VIsa on May 15 but nothing for mother till today and I submitted the technical difficulties web form today morning 10:00 AM mentioning that my father and mother's Medical web form submitted on the same day and it got updated on my father file but not yet on mother file and it's 12:57 and My mother got passport request. so if you wanna try that if you haven't received any update. Not sure if it got approved due to web form or not but i got it.
