Parents sponsorship hearing on December (Bangladesh)

Good morning everyone,

I have scheduled for full hearing on December for my parents and siblings sponsrship application.i got told they will make testify call to my back home family(Bangladesh).
please share if anyone have experienced what type of question will be ask me and my parents or siblings.

*I applied 2008 for my parents and siblings and got 2013 refused from Mississauga due to less ($1700)income, and they send my file to Singapore (I mentioned in application)
where they process for Bangladesh.again 2015 they send refusal letter along appeal option.

(in between they asked DNA,but within a week got email from Singapore to cancelled DNA at this time ,,and asked 5 years income tax returns ,which I provided).

anyways I did appeal on time and attended to ADR on January 2017,have not success cause 2016 wasn't enough income,at ADR minister counsel told me I need to have income(xxxx amount) for our total of family members here in Canada and Bangladesh.
my wife and I working hard to meet the requirement income, just wondering what should aware of at this stage, my siblings age are between 25-30 now ,,time I applied they were under age limit.
and after wining the hearing what is the procedures or how long will take time for final stage medical,backgrund check ,visa etc,,,,(will they send my file back to Singapore) ? in Singapore they process 11 countries application

If you didn't meet the income for your family size at time of application, then it sounds like you were correctly refused.

Under what basis are you appealing?

How did you win despite not meeting the income requirements? Did they grant appeal based on humanitarian considerations?

After winning appeal, the app is sent back to your visa office for new consideration. Timing will depend entirely on your visa office.

Are any of your siblings now married or common-law? If so, they would need to be removed from the application. Locked in age, is only for those that stay single.

Wondered the same thing since you need to meet the LICO for 3 years if not in Quebec. OP stated that didn't have enough income for 2015/2016. Also pretty surprised he was given so many appeals when repeatedly missed LICO for almost 10 years. Sounds like the application never met the income requirement and should have been denied initially.

Would appreciate if you could attach the link when it is posted. Curious as well. Definitely not standard. The siblings that are unmarried (if there are any) seem to have gotten quite lucky.

my wife is cosigner and some error her income wasn't counted but finally my lawyer found that error or their mistake.since our LICO was always over required.we never missed LICO.

So basically all cases that go to appeals, end up being summarized and released on this website for anyone to access, with full details of the appeal judge's decision and reasons for it. It's interesting to read for H&C appeals, since it helps clarify what appeal boards actually look for in terms of acceptable H&C reasons.

The file is sent back to your visa office to continue processing. They will eventually get medical requests, but as to timing this is completely up to the visa office.
