Sponsoring Spouses Parents and Siblings.

Hi,

I sponsored my spouse and she got pr last year. We would like to sponsor her parents and two siblings.

My current 2018 and 2017 income are way above the required, but my 2016 would only allow for 5 people, and we are 6.

Would they overlook my low 2016 income (low by a few thousand) because of my high 2018 and 2017 incomes?

Otherwise,

Could we sponsor just one of her parents and her siblings?

or for her siblings to be able to come do both of her parents need to be sponsored?

It's a yes or no for the PGP application income requirement. There is no selection or cherry pick of who to be included to calculate the income requirement for the sponsorship.
They all need to go through medical and police check. If one of them doesn't want to come, he/she can be put as non-accompanying but still have to include for everything (income, medical, police..etc)
