Family Class Sponsorship Parents refused due to financial reason, Applealed,

Hi,

My application to sponsor my parents and sister is refused on Feb 2015 due to financial reasons ( failed to meet MNI for 5). My son was born in 2014, so added him. Submitted application on 2009 July. My sister was 18 years and 4 months that time.

Appeal was selected for ADR, Minister counsel was questioning about my sister's current age, which is 26 years now, is over 19 and will be rejected again by Singapore visa office even case is allowed. They don't want another refusal. ADR failed, half day hearing requested, which is coming on JUne 5 2017.

My question is, if my appeal is allowed in H&C ground, for say, will my sister be out of application process ( Resume processing) in Singapore visa office?

Is it that Hearing judge will only allow my appeal to continue my mother application, but not my sister's as she is not dependent any more?

I am confused because as far I know it depends on LOCK date. If appeal allowed, Singapore will resume (will start again from where it was stopped) processing. is it not meant that my sister as dependent will be processed as well due to LOCK date.

To the best of my knowledge - the hearing should be for the entire application - not just your mother. Good luck.
