Parents are here in Canada from almost 2 years and I have got the same generic letter. I am curious about the Biometrics Request? Because when I Submitted the file originally I was not required to submit the biometrics fees and never received any request as well as of now.

I am wondering if anyone else is in same situation? And are there still any chances that we will get Biometrics request?

I am in same situation. Things are blurry right now.
I am doing the process to get my PCC done meanwhile. My mother in law is currently in Canada so her PCC will be done in Montreal.
I will wait for more info on biometrics.

Hello guys, my dad doesn't have the birth certificate and also there are no education documents available with him. So along with Voter Id what would you suggest? Affidavit declaring the birth date on the basis of various National ID's?

my application for my parents which was received on June 3 (kunalap #1 in sheet) got CIC email yest.
It just says application was part of 2019 quota.

ECAS status says application received.

@YULIA-2016 can you please update the status in tracker.
Can you also update "date package reached CIC" as June 13 for kunalap #2 (that one is for my inlaws and reached there on june 13).

myCIC is also showing this message since Aug 19 when I was asked to send additional document to process my sponsorship file in Ottawa and it is still the same where as my sponsorship got DM on September 20th and I received SA letter on Sep 26 but ecas and myCIC both has the same message. By the looks of it either they r very busy in finalizing the PGP-19 or short staffed that they don't bother to update myCIC quite often as they used to do in the past.

I have received PCC Letter - Generic letter with requesting other documents - on Sept 27, 2019. Sent all requested documents on Sept 29, 2019. No response received from CPC-M regarding receipt of the same. Please update.

I have the same question about the PCC for Canada, the applicant in my case was in Canada for a year. Should we get PCC for Canada as well?
