CIC will refund you automatic .if not send request via webform .
Please wait for PR file complete before asking.

Where did u see ur father’s UCI? I only see my(sponsor) UCI under the application number.

In you case, if you applied for both of your parents, does it mention principal applicant name or both (father and mother)?

I was able to find what I asked...I can access to Ecase now, and my mother is under the dependent...
